At Our Minds At Work, we are committed to delivering your training materials and resources promptly and securely.

As most of our services are delivered digitally or face-to-face, shipping primarily applies to physical materials such as manuals, workbooks, printed resources, or merchandise.

1. Digital Products & Registrations

For digital products, course confirmations, or program registrations:

Access details and confirmation emails are sent within 24 hours of purchase
If you do not receive your confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder

2. Physical Training Materials

Physical materials (e.g. MHFA manuals, printed workbooks, resource kits) are shipped via standard Australian postal or courier services.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times (Australia)

NSW Metro: 2–5 business days
Interstate Metro: 3–7 business days
Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please allow additional time during peak periods.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

Order size and weight
Delivery location
Express shipping requests

For bulk organisational orders, shipping may be included within your service agreement.

4. Course-Specific Materials

For Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) or other accredited programs:

Manuals may be posted prior to training or provided on the training day.
For workplace group bookings, materials are delivered directly to the organisation unless otherwise arranged.

5. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order:

Arrives damaged
Is missing items
Has not arrived within the expected timeframe

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

At this time, OMAW primarily ships within Australia.
