The Standard Mental Health First Aid course teaches adults how to assist someone facing a mental health challenge or crisis until professional help arrives. Participants learn to recognise common mental health signs, respond to deteriorating conditions, and understand treatment options.

All sessions are conducted by an MHFA-trained and Licensed Instructor who has experience in mental health support and relatable personal experience, which can enhance your learning.
