The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to recognise and respond to signs of mental health problems and mental health crises in adults. Feel more confident and capable supporting someone experiencing mental ill-health.

Developed by Mental Health First Aid Australia, the course is evidence-based and nationally recognised.

Framework Placement: CONNECT

🧠 Resilience First Aid

RSA and RFAST are preventative, skills-based training programs designed to help workplaces reduce psychosocial risk early, strengthen everyday resilience, and build safe, supportive cultures — before issues escalate into crisis.

These programs sit upstream of Mental Health First Aid, focusing on early awareness, practical coping skills, and healthy work practices, aligning directly with SafeWork NSW expectations around psychosocial hazard prevention.

Framework Placement: STRENGTHEN

A workplace where people are supported early, leaders are equipped, risks are managed proactively, and compliance follows culture
— not the other way around.

Our Minds at Work would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land, waterways and skies on which we live and operate, the Darug people of the Eora nation- and pay respects to all First Nations people past, present and emerging.

We recognise, value and celebrate diversity and act in the spirit of Inclusion
